Help with track downloads

I'm a newbie - trying to download a track from the database. I select the track - pick the Download button - and the web browser window shows only 'PSN-SignIn" at upper-left and I can't get any further - maddeningly frustrating!

Is it still doing that? What track were you trying to download?

I encountered the same error two days ago. Not only when downloading tracks, but also when logining.

Now, I get the following message.

>An unknown error has occurred.

>Please wait a while and try again. If you continue to experience the same problem, please contact the information center of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

I will contact the information center.
