Downloading tracks for GT6

I've tried everything and I can't figure out how to download the Lighnting track put up by Jakeking39 - https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/resources/lightning-raceway.4442/ - are there any FAQs that are up-to-date? Thanks in advance..

https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gt6/user/#!/friend/Jethro_King/course/ seems to work to show his available tracks. Sometimes the download button doesn't get the correct link and you have to manually find their PSN name and add it to the URL.

I don't know how you figured this out but Amen Brother - I found the tracks and got to "free drive" them - as mentioned in other places the elevation changes are not there but the feel is familiar - I've driven both tracks and am looking to tune-up prior to some upcoming track days - thanks again!
