gees I missed your last post about the Road Pacer...that thing is huge. Doesn't look like a Mazda much at all...
 
There's a Ford Escort here too, it doesn't look like a 323 though. There is a Mercury Tracer and it's a 323, my dad took some parts out of one and they went strait into the 323...
 
mad a kingswood/statesman with a rotor sweet :) and the laser and 323 still have the similar body shape today. (correct me if iam wrong)

yea, I know, just saying that the current 323 is known as the Protege in the US, and Familia in Europe and Japan...
 
Part of the problem I see with Mazda, is that they use too many different names in other parts of the world.
Like:
US-----------Other
Protege-----323, Familia
Millenia------Eunos 800
Mazda B series----Fighter
Miata---------MX-5(well US calls it most commonly Miata, but it is the MX-5 Miata)
New 6--------Atenza(I like Atenza a lot better than 6)
626-----------Capella
There's older ones I don't feel like listing...
 
yea, they were wacko...my bro got some of the Mazda Sales tapes from the early 90's, they're cool, but so funny to watch:

"As a Mazda salesperson, you need to encourage the soon-to-be buyer to take a test drive in thier soon-to-be new car. First you drive and explain the cars capabilitys, then pull into a nice park or scenic place to really show off the car. Then let them feel the true quality of the Mazda model they should be buying. They make it sound like the person is absolutly gonna buy it lol, they're so sure of it... But there is a Mazda design theory tape, it's awsome! Shows the then new Miata and RX-7 Infini, and shows Mazda's headquarters and stuff...very cool...
 
yea I thought that Fighter was a funny name lol...If it was a V8 then Fighter might match it, but with it being thge b-series, it's dumb...
 
Yea, I fully new that...just saying new 6 cause it's new...They shoulda gone with Atenza...it sounds better than just 6..

well my bro has an '87 626...it's not ugly cause he takes great care of it...and it's fun to drive...but his MX-6 GT is so much faster...
