Short answer, no. There are threads that say it may come out sometime in January next year. The release date wont be final until GT4 goes gold.

This may be false but i sent my girlfriend to game the other day to see if she could pre order GT4 for me for christmas ;-) anyway game told her that GT4's release date is march the 14th and she said they seemed pretty sure about it.

I dunno if I can believe them but I thought I would share it here.
