Some dude in poland made a SLR out of and old merc, this guy has some talent and it looks like the real thing too.

It's a bit off, but damned close for someone who has neither the car itself to work off of, nor the entire company behind him. And, uh, it's just as ugly as the real thing.

well a big slap to all the negative comments in this thread, that car is amazing and i doubt it cost the hundreds of thousands the real thing will cost. some guy in poland made a replica of a clk-gtr not too long ago, they are pretty hot down there when it comes to replica cars. lets hope that some day they open up a production line, slr from merc for $1million OR from poland for $20,000 hehehe
