The Honda 2&4 is set to make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which begins on September 17th.

Looks kinda neat, but if you lost traction and slid into a wall driver side...

Its amazing when you consider that when the car is tilted left, youre going to have that roller coaster feel.

Unlees it really rolls, of course.

That does not look safe at all.

I like the Moto GP powerplant though.

There's a second chair folded on the right side.

EDIT: or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's a place to install a second chair.

This thing is cooler than a bike...

... It also has the safety of a bike.

Who said Honda doesnt care for sporty products.... (i did).... But this is taken a bit to the extreme Honda.

I think they can go the BAC MONO route, have the driver sit in the middle and keep the same design cues. Do it Honda

Putting the driver in the center would make it bigger. Because you'd have to put the engine in the rear.

If you wanted one of these, you can already buy one, with either a Hayabusa motor or a Hartley V8, in either RWD or AWD.

Unlimited class winner at Pikes Peak, to boot.

They should really put something on the left side to protect the driver in the event of a T-Bone.

What does safety have to do with it? A motorcycle has no side impact protection. Only legs. Plus frontal collision from a car that swerves into a motorcycle or aomeone opens a door on a motorcycle. Are we really that concerned with the crumples zones of this thing? A bicycle is even worse. Let me not get started with why I wear my full race helmet when riding my push bike.

This thing is better than a Caterham and Atom and my favorite RS500. I'm aupposed to be getting an MX-5 soon. Maybe.... :sly:

I always seem to forget the DP Palatov exists. It certainly is a remarkable car. I wonder whether Palatov got inspiration from the 1995 Honda Side-by-Side?

The more you look at the Honda Side-by-Side's specs, it's not that different to the Honda 2&4.. I don't think the Side-by-Side's V-twin has as much power, but it was 53lbs lighter.

It would be great if Honda made the 2&4 a VGT.

The name made me think of some sort of 2+2 coupe.

This is definitely more interesting than that could've ever been, though. Like an enlarged racing kart.

Looks. Driving dynamics, perhaps? It doesn't matter really. Most cars are very similar in many respects anyways. That doesn't stop anyone from making yet another car. This one here is very beautiful, though. KTM XBOW, Atom Ariel, BAC Mono, Caterham.. now we need Honda 2&4!

Just "drove" one around Ruapuna race track in Project Cars 2. Reminds me of the Spoon EK9, in Gran Turismo 2. Revs rising to 14,000 rpm and light on its feet. Thumbs up to any high revving Honda with 4 wheels.
