I just got a code that will allow for you to race in the HK track but You need AR MAX to use it there is also Grand Canyon North.

But only AR MAX, is there any for AR V2 ?

Seems like everyone is forgetting the old AR V2. Codejunkies has totally forgotten it.
 
Is Grand Canyon North a part of the Grand Canyon track we already know, or is it a different track altogether?

That is very good news.

If those new tracks are on the disc already, maybe we can do some hex editing and disc reburning to get them also, don´t you think? I think someone in this forum already used that techinque to get to drive AI only cars.

hmm i was just thinking; "Why for godsake is PD putting there own original tracks already on a "demo" disc..... and even not playable?" I mean, this is really bad news.... there will be probably some comp-nerds that will hex the entire disc... so we can play the whole complete track labrary before the original game "GT4" will come out.....

Big step for us. Bad step for and from PD.... shame

Maybe PD is testing us, to find out how long it takes for someone to hack it´s new software. I give them the benefit of doubt, as they are too smart to let pass those details unattended.

There software is already hacked bro, we can play hong kong and the new grand canyon... wich are not officialy in the game "Prologue"

I have already noticed the software is hacked. What I meant to say was that maybe PD left those tracks on the disc in order to find out how long it´d take for someone to hack it. I don´t think they left them by mistake, ok bro?

heh ok, u got ure point. But leaving tracks on a demo not playable while there on the disc are "cheat-ghost playable" is a step from PD wich i still not understand. Leaving there tracks on the disc just for the computer nerds? heh I dont think so but thats my opinion

The codes are also listed officially on Codejunkies.com, but they need Action Replay Max. I cannot verify it at the moment.

I have finally decided to place my order for an AR MAX as it looks like Codejunkies.com is not releasing any more codes for AR V2.
 
I don't suppose there's any codes to play Nurburgring or Amalfi, are there?

I'd really like someone to do some disc hacking for me...I'll give you $20 to make me a custom car list and have GC North and HK playable. Any takers?

Yes it is the track we already know that was featured in the license test.

After testing the codes for some time i found out the following;

You can race the AI on the Hong Kong track but the AI go into the barriers to often and some times brake to late.

If you want to race on the Grand Canyon North make sure you select rally cars that are playable in the Grand Canyon so it doesn't crash while it loads.

You should also make a back up of your GT4P data and switch auto save off to have a bug free and crash free time while using these codes.
 
Someone on GTWeb got the codes translated to AR v2! Which is good news because I couldn't find an AR Max and codejunkies are out of stock, and more importantly, I have a v2 so I can test tonight. :)

Is it possible that these tracks are on the disc cos some of the movies make use of them and they are needed?

It works with the PAL version, and several people have confirmed the codes work. I don't know if it works with NTSC unfortunately. Probably not ...

I updated my post above to add the Master code and some other codes (among others for 60hz)

Excellent now that i have the mastercode i will convert both of them to XP2 format(PAL Xploder) since i don't have a AR 2.
