Nice Mustang Jason, especially like the side-on shot. 👍
And cool BMW AOS 👍, and i like the wheels but agree with Cano, it would look so much better if it were lowered a tad (looks like you've got at least 2mm to play with).

More like 1mm. There wasn't actually much room anymore, and I didn't want my wheels to get jammed, even though the front left one is already.

I thought the bumpers were quite shiny in that pic.. but you're right, if it were 'BMF', they'd look similar to the wheels.

They're Sharpie Metallic markers... I'm going to grab a gold one for this series. It'll make my life so much easier.

Here's the first of two cars I am working on. The other one I might have to redo the base, so may have to purchase another car to do that.

Jason, want me to? Call it a WIP?

Working on the post this second...

Sure. I'd call it done, except for maybe the chrome on the sides might be painted to hide the knicks in the chrome. Not going to go all out on this one.

That is so funny. I just popped mine out of it's packaging. As you guy might've noticed, I'm more old JDM & American Muscle guy, but I really liked this casting, also that mega-gigantic set of wheels I usually don't go for.

As I handled it, I was pretty impressed by the casting, and while I love the one I have, I just decided to get another one for a wheel swap job(coming later this year :P).

I see you painted the taillights + here & there. Looks awesome. 👍

Everything was done free hand with a brush, except for the dots on the taillights were done with a silver paint pen. Realllllly carefully. :P

I wanted to do the exhaust, but was afraid I would screw it up so I left it black. I'll just pretend I have an aftermarket exhaust that's ceramic coated black. :D

Looks nice. Even with the fat rear tires, it's does make the car look almost realistic with the added details. Special edition style ;)👍.

The Dubai Blue is a excellent choice, but I can see the car also in Daytona Nero with a beige interior matching with the wheels. Similar to the RL pic of that black 458 Spyder.

I think i'm with AOS on this, i don't think they suit the car (same with the RL one in the pic), having said that, from what RR's are available, those are probably the best choice.. HW needs to do more RR wheel styles (i think everybody agrees with that.. There can never be too many wheel choices). Love the details though Jason. 👍

Now that's badass :mischievous:👍. Are you planning to have a blower sticking out with a exposed engine painted in black? ;)

Or are you keeping the Camaro in silver?

Body will stay as-is. Needs some more detailing and I need to paint the base flat black. Still trying to decide what to do with the exhaust.

I say stick with the side exhaust and just give it some detail. It would give the car a muscular look, especially with those tires.

Dude that cried for a Baldwin Motion treatment. Silver is too subtle for such an outlandish car. Needs more street freak.

I like subtle.

At least a matte black detail on the hood dome? That would look pretty sweet.

Anyway, I have something to show you. This will also be participating in the upcoming meet, I hope. It started life as the 70 Road Race Camaro:

But it now looks like this:

And will soon wear these :D

As for the exhaust, I would do flat white for a ceramic look or maybe even a goldish tone for heat discoloration. 👍
