You're looking too early. This car was developed around about 1958. The manufacturer was known more for some unbeatable dirtbikes in the 1970's.

Jeez, I didn't think the car was this tough. It's not a KTM, MZ or a BMW Isetta. The manufacturer name begins with M, and the company folded in 1983. If no one can get it in a few days, i'll just tell you what the car is and someone else can try.

The shape looks Pininfarina to me, but for who, i don't know!

...the wheels look like 70s' Jaguar items...
