How can i get Stealth Cars ?

my GT5 is from Europe , and i see some friend have stealth cars . how to get them all ?
and what is the difference between them and regular cars ?

You can't get them anymore, they were available to those who purchased the Signature edition of the game and the codes are now obsolete I believe. The stealth cars were specially tuned and had different liveries, and it was also only 500cr to rebuild the engine etc...
