The timer doesn't start til you pick up a bomb if I remember correctly (I did this mission 8 months ago)-- take the chopper and carefully fly through the building and find exactly where you need to drop all the bombs. As you do this kill all the bad guys with your rotor blades. After you locate them all (write down locations or memorize them) go get your first bomb and carefully drop them in their proper locations-- since you don't have to deal with the bad guys now and you don't have to search for where you need to drop the bombs, should be no problem.

I've done this mission 3 or 4 times and I think the trick is

1) Getting to grips with the RC Chopper controls. Nothing to say here really, it just takes practise.

2) Keep the chopper well off the ground. Every time I've failed this misson is because the construction workers have beat the helicopter to death. Keep it out of their reach, 10 ft off the ground or more.

3) Plant the first bomb on the highest floor and work your way down. That way you do the hardest bits first and it gets easier as you go along.

Spend a bit of time learning the helicopter controls. Fly through the building kill all the construction workers and security guards. Grab a bomb and plant them on the barrels. It might help to work your way from the highest floor down, but I've managed to do it from the ground level up.

The first time I did it I thought they targets were outside, but you actually have to fly under, and there will be stairs there, the rest is self explanatory. Thought that would help...

• Your next mission is to destroy a building with a radio-controlled helicopter. It's marginally easier than it sounds.
• The controls will be explained to you, but it'll be a bit of a challenge to master flying a miniature aircraft. Just keep trying until you get it right. Pick up a bomb and head to the building. There are four locations to drop the bombs, one on each floor. It's recommended that you start with the lowest and end at the highest because construction workers will follow and attack your helicopter when they see it.
• Your best bet is to fly low when you're trying to bomb. If the bomb misses, simply drop down to pick it up again and drop it from zero range. Flying low can also get rid of the workers by slicing them up, but take care not to hit too many walls or take too much gunfire, or you'll explode just like any other vehicle.
• When all the bombs are placed, the building will be heavily damaged, and you'll collect your pay

If time is an issue, you should go bottom to top...

You don't have to return after you plant the last bomb... so if time is your main factor, plant the highest one last, and save yourself the longest return trip.
