How do I change the comment, when I win a online race

I've seen lots of people that have different comment when they win an online race. How do I change mine? I'm not talking about Gewonnen and etc.

On your home screen, you'll see icons on the left side. Click on the second from the top (my home settings) & then auto-setting messages & print your message.
