How do i get RANGE ROVER ??

Hi guys , i saw people here with pictures of range rover ? ive never seen one ? i just got the disc no collectors edition or something ? can it be that people who have collector got the range rover ??

The car is the Land Rover Range Stormer Concept '04. It's a Standard car and so appears in the Used Car Dealership and is also a prize for IA License test, all silvers or better.
