How do you change PSP memory to FAT

Hi,
i was just wonderin how to change my psp memory to FAT. I have read that it works with GT4 photomode. Please any help recommended

Connect PSP to the PS2, select USB mode on the PSP.

the process can be done at any point, just plug the usb end into the outlet on the PS2 then hook the other end up to the PSP, turn the USB connection on, and start saving images.
