Its basically a pre order bonus, but I bought mine without a pre order, but since GameStop didn't get a boatload of pre orders I got the 15th Anniversary Edition copy as well. See if your disc came with a voucher code, if not your out of luck.

Yes, try to find a Gamestop store that still has copies after their required 72 hour hold for preorders.

The code will be inside the box, if the box says 15th anniversary on it.

Garage, or actually make sure you download it. In the case of the 15 AE, the pack was split up into Cars, Paint, Avatars, Racing Suits, and I had to download it each separately instead of their just being a big bundle called AE to download

However, my game is not the 15th Edition.
The 5 I got are:

I bought my copy yesterday and, to my surprise, it came with a voucher to download all 25 15th anniversary cars, the special suit and some PSN avatars. And it's the standard Brazilian version of the game with the Vette on the cover.
Perhaps these cars are not pre order bonuses only and some other versions of the game contains these cars as well?

I went to Gamestop the day after release and they just sold me one of the 15th Anni versions since not all pre-orders were filled. Got lucky there, since I had no idea that was as "limited" as we would get stateside.

So let me get this straight, Aside from the box cover saying 15th Anniversary Edition, the only difference is the inclusion of the Code Voucher in the box, the Blu-Ray disk is the same for both game version...

if i am able to buy another 15th Anniv game, then i can use that voucher on the current save, right ?

I made a complete balls up when pre ordering, thought the version I ordered had all the DLC in one, well gutted when it was just the precision and torque......now I have to wait till they become available as well expensive DLC....bah humbug
