Thank you for calling GTPlanet's Customer Service line. How may I help you?

Or if that doesn't work, depending on what you need, send one of us a Visitor Message, a Private Message or create a thread, which might very well be best suited in the Site Feedback section. ;)

As TB mentioned, you are also welcome and encouraged to post here in the Site Feedback forum about any site-related issues. I read everything here and will respond to it if necessary. You can also quickly contact any of the site staff via PM from this page.

Wow, I've been here for almost five years and I had no clue that page even existed. Nor have I been able to find a link to it anyplace, other than Jordan's post above.

^ Main forum page, all the way at the bottom, just before the Currently Active Users list - View Forum Leaders. :)

Pro tip - you'll be in that list somewhere, too!

Also, I've always wondered why Super Mods are at the bottom?
Best for last, clearly.

Or alphabetical - Premium before Super.

Why is there some members in the Premo list are blue? Though why isn't there a moderator for out Gt5 Drifting Forum?

What if someone has followed the above procedure but never got a response, what does one do then..??

I see two threads started by you both of which are in the GT5 section, so apparently you haven't done all of the above. ;)

If you went the PM route, you may have caught one of the staff on their way out or happened to pick one of the less active Moderators.

Should the matter warrant it, fell free to PM me. 👍

No offence but my PM to the mod was regarding where to post a new thread as I wasn't sure, my stats show that I use the search facility to often find the answer to my query, not just randomly post things in a part of the forum I might thhink is right. On this occasion I needed some advice as to where to post a new thread and whther the topic of the thread was a suitable one for discussion.

The PM was sent 12 days ago, a while before this thread appeared, I'm only asking about what to do next as coincidently what the guys I quoted in my above post said was pretty much what I thought I had to do, i.e. look for an online Mod, then send polite PM, which I did, and he subsequently read but didn't respond. Which left me a little confused - had I done something wrong??

It then said another option was to post in the site feedback, so I mentioned it now as I thought it was appropriate as this thead is about contacting a mod and is in the site feedback forum.

Yeah, I fully understand that the release of GT5 has given you guys a massive increase in workload, which is why I haven't made an issue about this, I just enquired what do I do next.

I'm not complaining or throwing my toys out of the pram etc, I was literally just curious as to what the right thing would be to do next as I would still like some advice on the original enquiry.

If you're willing to read my original PM to the other mod and give me some advice on the matter, that's cool, no problemo, I appreciate you taking the time out to do so.

I just honestly didn't know whether to go back to the same guy, or raise it with someone else or if there was another route / procedure I should be following.

If it's ok with you, I'll send you a copy of the PM??

Many thanks for your help in advance...
👍

You most likely received infractions because of not pressing the shift button, the letter I when used as a pronoun is supposed to be capitalized. Also, note that the word is infractions, not 'infrctions'. Spelling properly is not that hard. If you have trouble spelling, I suggest you download and install the Google Chrome web browser, as it includes a spell-checker. Remember, spell properly and use proper grammar, meaning capitalize your I's so your posts are easy on the eyes.

The forum moderator of your league, otherwise any moderator should be fine.

It has nothing to do with asking first and everything to do with how you went about it. In order to take part in your league, users would have to register with an external site. This qualifies as advertising because you are directing people away from the forums for profit, however intangible that profit may be. If you want to run a league entirely within the bounds of the forums, we have no objections to that.

Also, your grammar needs some serious work in order to be acceptable under the AUP. This is what you posted:

This is what you should have posted:

If you contine to post with such low-quality grammar, moderator intervention is an inevitablity. The line spacing is not a problem (that's just my personal preference; I find it easier to read when it's a block of prose rather than a new line for each sentence - if you continue to do this, that's okay; you won't be punished for it), but your inability to capitalise or use appropriate punctuation is. Consider this an unofficial warning.

Just out of curiosity, why does carn_the_pies get in trouble for posting about an offsite league? But this was OK. I don't see the difference.

If we see it, we act.

Removed.

Thanks for letting us know. 👍

Took me about that long to find it too , Stumbled across it once for some reason or another.

Does "Yo dawg" qualify as a polite greeting?
Only if you post wassup after it 👍

This is true. If you omit "wassup" and go for the "i herd you like..." then you might be asking for trouble.

/Obligatory...
