I want to buy some just cause 2 stuff but I don't know if I want to give them. I also can't be bothered to go out and get a psn card.

Well, I think PSN security has been checked quite thoroughly this time, so yeah, I put them in there. 👍

I have never entered my card info to begin with. Its to easy to spend money :) for all my psn and wii purchases i have used the psn/wii shop giftcards. Something comes out that i want, i wander down to walmart and pick up a twenty or a fifty dollar card.

This too. I'd spend too much if it was on there all the time.

I didn't before, so why start now? I have a $20 PSN card I purchased a year-and-a-half ago I haven't used, yet.

I really should get some psn cards, but to get to somewhere that sells them for me I have to drive for atleast 20 minutes.

I'm in the same boat as the posters above. I didn't put my credit card info on PSN before, and I don't feel very enticed to do so now...

You can ask that your data is deleted by doing something in account management and under the data protection act if your from uk and I believe many other countries have similar laws they have to delete the information after the transaction goes through.

Mine is still there, I don't really care, its a credit card. Go ahead and steal it.

I check my accounts daily (as everyone should), I can EASILY deny the charge and close the card and have another one in 2 days. If you're not lazy its no big deal.

PS I would NEVER use my debit card on there and anyone who does is a complete moron and deserves to get robbed. You have no protection at all through that. Seems like no one here is that ignorant though.

No, I have complete 100% protection on my debit card. It depends on who issued it and what policy they have. But, I have to report it within one month or it wont get covered.

Same with me, I was talking about putting my debit card on there (only 15), only because I know I have protection against theft and fraud.

You are correct and I mis-spoke. There IS protections under debit cards, the difference is that there is an investigation period, with a credit card its no big deal, but with your debit card if they clean out your checking account you have no money until the investigation is cleared. I have seen this happen to friends that it took 30 days before they could access an ATM or even go to the bank and get cash.

Yeah, I suppose it is easier to have a credit card...however I'm not old enough. :)

I used to have my debit card on there, but after this whole Sony deal I've been purchasing the pre-loaded PSN cards from the store.

PSN Prepaids forever!

Safest option of all, unless you're a klutz who loses everything.

+1.

Have mine still loaded on. Mainly because I'm too lazy to change it. It's easier than using debit/psn cards, I don't have to go out and buy another card if I run out of funds.

I had to switch to PSN cards because I kept buying random stuff haha. I now have that problem with Steam and iRacing :(.

I never took down my Credit Card information from PSN to begin with. Haven't been robbed yet either. Good luck hackers. 👍
