I'm off out later, but otherwise a quiet weekend planned - got a problem on my site I want to fix, but I don't understand a book's recommendation

Still, it gives me something to puzzle over, and I like a good puzzle!

Yes I am having a 3-day holiday. I missed schoo today so I have nothing to do all weekend now! I would suggest you read the Harry Potter books and review them.

I went to see the movie, and liked it a lot. My Mum's obsessed with HP. (and that's not BHP, either)

I'm in retail, Iknow, I know its crap but seens I can't drive yet its all I can do at the moment.

The pay sucks so as soon as I get a car I'm outta there!!!

Totally. As my Grandfather used to say: "When you're in work, you're being paid to look for something better", and it's a lot easier to get a job from a job.

Yup, very true, I wanted to work in IT but I'm not as computer literate as a lot of you people.

Also in my region there isn't a lot of IT work unless you want to work in an office, you know admin type stuff which I don't want to do. The nearest place is probably Newcastle which is about 40 miles away from where I live.

Still, that's not a good way to spend two hours of every day. I'm really lucky, because my commute is 40 minutes in and 25 minutes home, even though I only live 6 miles from work!

Aye, you're right. I live on the outskirts of Edinburgh, and work in the centre. Still, it means there's lots of places to go for lunch
