The Speed Vision deal takes a turn for the better:
I was watching SV at 8:30 pm tonight(Central time), and at the end of the program, the talked about the Speed channel, and it's not as bad as first thought. Speed Channel will show more racing, with full CART coverage, including qualifying on Saturdays, and the races on Sunday. I'm not sure on any other programs, as the one that was on was about CART, so they didn't say if MotorVision, AutoWeek, BikeWeek, or any other good shows would still be shown. But atleast it's not all nascar, and I don't think they will show a lot of nascar, because if they're showing the CART races, the times would overlap.

I'll check SpeedVision.com in a sec, I just thought I'd give you a report of the events surrounding the SpeedVision-SpeedChannel switch.

Yeah what exactly was the price tag on this "MOMO?" I looked at your thread and it seems that the price was pretty steep. How much $$$$ did ya dish out for it?

Many a squid was dished out for it. But in the end got a good deal online for £120
 
If it costs a lot, I might as well take one of my dad's old RX-7 seats, mount it on some wood, mount my current set of petals(non working, Madcatz suck, I'll wait for an actual Sony set), and take my brother's old dash, cut it in half, run the steering wheel through it, and find a way to hook up the speedo and tach, I might just have something.........oh wait, I play PS2 from my bunkbed(not really a bunkbed, it's like one, but no bottm bunk, only a top, and the pace under it has shelfs and stuff). Ohh well ;)
 
you're lucky i'm tired and going to bed Bri ......otherwise i would get a quick 150 posts and put you out of your misery .....by the time i return tomorrow you probably will have over 1000 posts or you will wait for me at 999 and rub it in when i come on .....either way congratulations :D :p
