My brother may be up there with you, he's on a T3 line. His average d/l is 960+kb/s...


One website that tests how fast your computer is said his d/l'd at 3100 kb/s, but that was just downloading a page full of numbers(not anything like a video)
 
wow, that looks like crap, shoulda just made it smaller in proportions instead of overcompressing it. Doesn't help to run at a resolution of 1400x1050 :)
