Congrats on the 1700, I guess I'm going to be dropping even further down the list soon. :(

It's good for the aged to pass the torch onto newer generations. ;)

It might take me longer then you think, I find myself not posting as much anymore....

One huge reason is that it seems everyone is doing the same... no one ever talks to each other anymore... Kinda sucks... This was my life line at work!!

Has everyone gottten over GT3, therefore killing GTP? Tune in next time, to find the fate of GTPlanet!!! :scary theme music plays:

I'll give those bad boys a try tonight. Not sure about the ASM setting though :D

I managed a clean lap around Tokyo in my Poly 1 of 1:08.4xx. With these settings I should be flying :eek: :D :cool:
 
no way man gt3 is still strong , i bought gta3 the other week and still haven't had a real go at it yet played it once then straight back to gt3 , it depends if when people hit 100% they want to finish , the on line racing is quite big at the moment you just gotta enter them , and keep on top of your driving ;)

as for gtplanet going down , no way ! just a quiet spell i suppose with xmas due soon , gt4 will be there in the future and until then gt3 will keep this site alive , the challenge section should be more active i grant you that , it should be the highlighted section on this forum as it is what this site is about " GRAN TURISMO " , if more people took real interest in the game and not just posting blah in the rumble strip then maybe we would have the kind of active site that jordan deserves after the hard work it took getting it up and running :(

the biggest dissapointment i find on this forum is the fact that gtplanet has over 4000 members yet we can only muster up a handful of people who are in any way interested in racing , WEIRD !:weird: :weird:

anyway how you doing guys ! :D :cool:

no i've not been on gt2 yet gvx , i am gonna buy a copy when wity sends the memory card to me , i did have a copy but i cant find the arcade disc , kids have lost it into oblivion :mad: meaning its in their bedrooms and i'll never find it ! lol :p
and the settings , i had passed to pako and when the site was down yesterday i couldn't send them to you , but pako was having more luck getting on so he kindly sent them to you , thanx pako :) anyway good luck with them cars a bit light but responsive , sometimes too responsive but you will master it soon enough , i have no doubts on this ;) :cool:
 
Yeah thanks again for those F1 settings. Setting up cars isn't one of my strong points. Just give me a car and I'll flog it to death :D

You may not need the Arcade disk :eek: You could always offer your kids a reward for finding the disk if it's not scratched to death and still in one piece :mad: could save you a few squid!!

Good to see your TWF II is going good. 8th Overall is damn impressive :cool:
 
I'm here. Just working on my license tests. Finally got finished with Arcade Mode. Finished about a couple of hours ago by beating all the tracks in Time Trial. Got me that Esperante. Great way to start simulation mode. Man that last time trial was a *****. Literally. Thank god thats over with.

hey congrats on completeing time trials man well done ! ;)

complex strings is no easy course at all , but to be a bit daring whip round it in an f1 for a laugh it is a lot more fun :D
you'll be finished this game in no time man , if you can beat complex you can beat anypart of the game , maybe even a clean sheet of golds in license tests as well , you never know , good luck anyway :cool:

I'm having dinner twice! hehe. We're going to my brother's house tomorrow for dinner and on Friday, one of my other brothers is coming over and my mom will make dinner for us. I'll eat what I can, but I've had stomach problems for the past six months, so it's not looking good.. :(
