It's kind of a nice natural progression on the board. Most of us here are burned out on GT3 (not totally, but we don't play it every day anymore), but still crave a little feedback on different things. There's something for everyone here, and it's convenient whe you are on your PC browsing to pop up an extra window and hit GTPlanet forums.
Every once in a while I read through GT3's posts, but there nothing new there, and all questions are answered.
I just looked at GT2, and tomorrow I'll load it up for a quick race, to see which touring car is my fav.

Cool, i have answered most of the threads in the GT2 forum and the ones i havent i have no info on or since i havent played gt2 in such a long time, i mean like really played, like the first day i got GT3 18hours of straight playing brakes 4 bathroom uses and hunger thats it.

Man I just got my ass kicked in Castle Wolfinstein. Man the game is very cool, I got some learning to do on this one. There is one problem thou its too dark, very hard to see. Oh well just have to figure that one out.

WTHIJ ie: Where the Hell is Josh? I don't know if I can hold out much longer.

Tom, what do you think about the lighting in the game. I couldn't find a grammer level think. Maybe you know.

Ghost, try adjusting you gamma from inside your video card. (right click the desktop, settings, advanced - and so on. Some video cards allow you to adjust the gamma for OpenGL (what wolfenstien is) seperately from windows and D3D.
Alternately, go to the directory it installed into and find the .cfg file. Open it with wordpad and look for
seta r_gamma "1.3"
That was my default. Up it to 1.6 (make sure you keep it in quotes) It worked for me a minute ago (mine wasn't too dark though.) I'm not sure what the limit on this is, so adjust it slowly.

AMD 1.4 , Geforce 3, 512 pc2100 DDR ram, 100 gig HD, SB live 5.1 digital.

XP rocks, I was using Millenium Ed., but now with XP (more stable, and the NTFS is so much better than FAT32) I get around 150 more points in 3dmark2001.
