You're a new member because you haven't posted a lot. The more you posts, the highr your member status goes up.

Mine says Super Moderator, because I am a Super Moderator of GTPlanet.

A Moderator can just edit/deltet/move threads, post, etc in the forums his name is listed by on the main forums page...
A Super moderator can do the same things as a normal moderator, but can do them in ANY forum, even if his name is not listed as moderator in that forum...
