How many times can stealth codes be used?

Everything else on PSN can be downloaded to up to 5 PS3s. is it the same with the stealth codes? Or is it just once?

Yeah, there is absolutely no way I'd give out my username and password of my whole PSN account to someone I didnt even know from the internet. Maybe a mate from the real world if I was round his house so I could delete my password afterwards. You'd have to be nuts to do that.
