I've 2.4 million and was just wondering, should it happen to come up in the marketplace...or should I save up another million and get the R92C?

I'm ASpec level 23 and need something for like the wind...

Thanks

Corvette zr1 with race mod will handle "like the wind". I think the total cost is under a million.
Sorry I don't remember what the Gt one cost.

Yeah, I've read all the posts about the ZR1, but I figure that a tuned GT-One will smash the Dream car championship, GT all stars, etc...

A GT-ONE costs 3.5 mil I think. It's a very good car, but you don't need it for the Dream Car Championship, since you win a superb Toyota MINOLTA in Like the Wind. As already mentioned, a Corvette ZR-1 with race mod and soft racing tyres should do the trick. Another option is the Mazda Furai (won from Roadster Cup in beginner B-spec).

The Toyota GT One is a brilliant car and will handle all of the events you have mentioned. I think mine cost 2.9 million from used car dealership, but if you get up to around 3.5 million as mentioned above just to be safe, it really is worth every penny. It laps Indy as fast as the FGT ;)

The MINOLTA will wreck those events too, and then at that point you will have enough money for a FGT

Yeah, about 3,000,000 for the Toyota GT1..

It doesn't have as good a power to weight ratio as the Minolta, but mine is slightly quicker around the Nurburgrig 24 hr track, whereas my Minolta is slightly quicker at Indy.

I love the GT1 though, it's a classic Gran Turismo car, and a great car in real life, it really punches above it's weight.

Buy it...even if you don't need it, still buy it, at some point, when you have spare cash....

👍 👍 👍

It is also a prize car in B-spec :) So you could use that spare cash on something else if you are planning on completing the game anyway.

I personally Love the r92c to death.
With turbo and a fresh re-oil it has 1043 HP, which is two less than it's younger '92 counterpart.

If it was me, I would get it, I find it so ascetically appealing to the eyes compared to the others available.

I'm, not!!!

As soon as I get to level 35 a spec and b spec I'm calling it quits!!!!

I really, really do not relish the thought of spending 24hrs giving B -spec Bob continous instructions..

I will probably have a go at Le Mans 24hrs, on a spec, but after that I'll be hanging up my a and b spec racing helmet and concentrating on online racing...

:)

You do not need to give Bob any instructions to complete the 24 hour races or for that matter any of the endurance races if you do not want to. Just give him a car he can cruise to a win and all will be fine.

I put him in an FGT and go to bed, when I wake he has won by several laps and gains exp.

Once you get to level 35 you will have the option of having him use the X1 which will destroy the AI in all the endurance races with ease. The only issue with doing the 24hr races in B-Spec is not being able to use your PS3 for 24 hours.
