I pre-ordered my CE at my local Gamestop in August of this year. I pre-ordered because of the bonus cars, and because of fear of them running short on CE during launch, which now looks like the case. I paid it off October 9, because it was less than a month before release, and I just wanted to go pick it up and not have to deal with the extra paper work in paying it off. The release was delayed 4 days after I paid it in full I have my receipt in my night stand beside my bed.
