How to do 1/4 tests in arcade mode?

I wan't to do some 1/4 tests with 0 mile cars but i wan't to keep them 0 mile lol.

Is it possible to do the tests in arcade with these cars?

2) perform test in cars you want to test

Why concern over 1/4 to i dont know say 10 miles???

A 0 mile car, aside from the online dealer ones, won't have maximum horsepower anyway - so why bother trying to tune them? Get duplicates and tune those instead.
