If you are talking about on gt5, you either type their name into the "Add a friend" option, find them in your players met option, or if you are in a lobby, you can click their name and find the "send a friend request" option. If you are talking about gtplanet, you have to go to that persons profile and click the friend tab. Then click "Befriend (Insert Name Here)"
