How to get Chrome Paint? I got the exact answer.

I'm sure it must have been said over and over, but every 30 cars you get either a chrome or a matte. Over 400 cars, and I only got chrome once. (At least it was gold chrome.)
 
770 cars in and I got a silver chrome very early as a bonus but got my first gold chrome bonus yesterday, got my gold chromes from friends when it was implemented with the update

by every 30 cars you get a matte or chrome paint!!!!

dont like the matte or chrome paint? dont accept it just restart your game and you get another matte or chrome............

i got 20 gold en 20 silver chromes already so i can sell them to, just add DerDieMitDemM3
 
I managed to delete all my data with 32 xp & 150+ cars, I had won Gold Chrome @ 150 cars, I'm now back on track though yet to win any chrome paint and matt/e black is yet to rear it's funky head.....so random!
 
Ok to end this argument. Chrome is random like any of the other paint just more rare. I have over 600 cars on one account and about 250 on the other, log into both accounts almost every day and still did not get a Chrome. If you want it do what I did and ask your friends.

It's definitely random, and the chrome chips are a lot rarer than matte chips. I have 9 matte chips and not a single chrome one.
 
Can someone donate me some chromes, you can get an Enzo in return, or Supra RZ

Completely random. Just got my first Chrome, a silver, at 690 cars. Thought I'd never get one. Now I want Gold though......:grumpy:
 
Been playing since the day GT5 came out. I log onto my account every day and have 1,138 cars and have never received a single chrome paint chip.

Because you won't get it from the daily login bonus, only from buying cars.👍
 
If you have 2 PSN account then after five days you can get 5 chrome paints a day providing ofcourse that you have just 1 chrome paint to start with.

GOT OVER 500 CARS and i got silver chrome a while ago now and got gold chrome as a gift

i have a silver chrome enzo and a gold chrome zonda r

All you need to acquire the "Chrome Paint" is that you need 90 cars in your garage standards or premiums combined you need 90 to obtain "Chrome Paint"

A lot of people were wondering about this and hasn't gotten the correct answer.

You can also win it by winning car prizes but the color paints are random.

I have over 400 cars & have yet to see a chrome paint. WTF? :grumpy:

You get rare paints from buying cars (i got 3 silver chromes from it and many mate)
Currently over 700+ cars
You won't get chromes from daily logging

I've got 670 cars but 2 chromes.
It's not right
 
ive just started duping them, after a friend sent me a chip!! i got fed up of waiting for one to pop up!! still waiting for a silver chrome though....!
 
ive got 895 cars,all bought or won and got 2 chrome silvers and 2 chrome golds and a bunch of the matte colors.
 
I've got 997 cars, got 1 silver chrome from car number 780, got fed up and traded for 2silvers and 3 gold, and now I can dupe them all I like :)

No one is 100% correct!
I got my first chrome paint for having 180 cars.
 
If anyone is interested in chrome paint chips then check out the marketplace, people trade them all the time.

They have chrome orange, I think it's from a Lotus in the NCD.
