How to post a pic or video?

I have just golded the vettle challenge but just wondering how to post a pic or video as a proof so I can be a member of the vettle all gold club?

Save the replay then export it to XMB. After that put it on your USB to put on your computer. Someone else needs to fill in the rest.

Once you've got it on your computer, you do absolutely nothing with it but hang onto it, because replay files from your PS3 aren't video files. They're just collections of raw game data that the game engine can use to render the replays in real time. No program on PC can mimic this; at least not without being a full PS3 emulator of some sort and with 100% of GT5's game code on hand.

You need a capture card to record the PS3 playing the replay. Transferring the replay to your PC does not help in any way (unless you were then to email it to someone who could capture it for you)
