There's neutral in GT5

But i have a Logitech G27 so i have the ability to put it in neutral, engine brake like in real life, and actually dump the clutch in a gear to shut the car off then set the e-brake and put it in neutral (which is did in the picture)

You have to have a wheel with clutch and H-pattern shifter such as Logitech G25/G27 or Fanatec wheels with a clutch and H-pattern or the Thrustmaster with its shifter.

Yep that is the only way without having a wheel like i have. It is basically the auto-clutch
