How to report people?

Just had a rather childish encounter with a Darrey18 (PSNid) He needs reporting over PSN and/or GT5, how do this as ive already kicked him.

Note i dont want to report them here.... dont know if theyre on here.

Get over it. Block him. The amount of abuse u get in mw2 and stuff.. Just let it go over your head.
