HP question

I noticed with some extrememly underpowered cars, the Demio being one of them, that upgrading from a stage 1 to a stage 2 or 3 turbo actually decreases the HP and or the PP. Why is this?

It’s with any given motor, when you take it past its limit will not perform. The tuning code for GT is not the same anymore. Pending on what you add to your car it can hurt the performance rather than help it.

The torgue does go up. From stage 1 to stage 2 turbo, it drops off like a cliff, but from stage 3 it planes out a little bit. I see now, thanks. The HP doesnt go up, but the torque that pushes the HP increases.
