Yeah - the St.John river should be at its finest.

Storm Surges are the height of the water above the tide level. So a 20Ft storm surge means the height of the normal tide + 20 feet.

Well that's what they said. And there has been 7ft surges.

You do know they are just thinks to upload a file on Imageshack... right?

My image tries didn't work because my file name had a swear word and it registered to GTP as **** so it wasn't what my filename was hence it didn't work.

Don't die guys .

Go fly a kite, and see what happens.

This storm, as far as I can tell (by my guess and look at the various factors including jet stream, etc.) is going to veer to the northeast and stay at sea for a while. Some meteorologists are thinking that it's going to ride the jet stream, but the stream is moving in the wrong direction in relation to the spin. It's going to stay off-shore for a while and get fed by the gulf stream, if my prediction holds, and maybe even slam in farther north as a catagory 1 storm or a tropical storm. Either way, if my prediction holds, it's not going to touch you, Darin (and it's going to be giving me alot of rain).

Yep. The first prediction the storm was supposed to come over jacksonville and then enter off into the coast. But we are gonna get that rain band that produces tornadoes.

Good Luck. I hope the storm doesn't knock out your internet connection!

Last time we had a big thunderstorm here, I had to buy a new power supply. :irked:
