I'm not too familiar with hybrids. But has anyone tried sticking an Escudo engine into a Mini or something along that line?

Then you would be wrong...

It's predecessor, the Cultus Pike's Peak had two engines, but the Escudo just has the one - a 2.5 litre V6 from the basic Escudo (Vitara) with... a few extras.

And yes, I have. But it's pointless - it lags too much and sounds stupid. I prefer my throaty Lister V12 MX-5. :D

I wish the Fiat 500R was in GT3, if you know the Fiat in GT2 that had 22BHP. But a Escudo Engine in that with a Speed Sound and Formula 1 front and back wheels. now that would be a Hybrid from hell.

:D I'll stick with my 7.7 litre V12... Poxy litle 5.0 V8 :D

I hope this clears up any dought that the Escudo Pikes Peak car has 1 OR 2 engines in it. :)

The 1995 has two engines, the 1996 has only one. If you read on it stated the V6 Escudo. I am talking about the 96 model. All though we are boath(sp) right. Cool huh! :) ;)

Ok I guess you're right but I have one more thing. The HP. How can a twin engine car have 985 HP. And then the next year it makes the same HP with only one engine?
