Hyperlinked Notes

Can anyone recommend a site where I can make notes, and lock them, so I can hyperlink them without the probability of them being edited.

If you have Google Chrome, there is an extension/app that allows you to keep note and stuff, if that's what you're looking for. I think it's called Notepad.

Google Docs (now known as Google Drive) offers exactly what you're looking for. Just create a text document, then hit the Share button and get the public link you can pass around.
