those mf'ers at circuit city said it's not out until tomorrow! i could have easily gone to someplace else tonight and grabbed a copy, but i guess ill just skip school tomorrow and have an all day GT fest at work.... :D :cheers:

P.S. this may have already been answered, but with transferring your game file from GT3, do all of your credits transfer? or how does that work?
 
I bet that setup wasn't cheap! It's a Momo so that makes it like 4 times as much as it should be, but it still looks really f'n cool. Good buy never the less.

Someone replied sayin the garage cars are loadable in I-link.........I thought they went to LAN for GT4...please don't tell me they cut it to I-link to stop us from playin on Xlink......I could see that.

So, I need to know for sure, Garage cars are loadable on LAN mode, and 2 player mod, and when you do, all the mods come as well?

And they allow an opponent in the drag race in simulation? or? can someone check if there is in arcade as well.

Congratulations to you North Americans and your acquiring of GT4. Looks like you got the better game this time. Remember when we would groan about the Japanese release of GT3 and the cars it had that the american version didn't? Well now I live in Japan and I have to groan about the cars the Japanese version doesn't have. Sheesh, I can't win! Time to move back home!

I got mine at 6:04 pm toady at EB, now playing, so i wont be posting for awhile after this post, happy GT4ing people :)
 
actually got it hooked up from one of my buddies who can get them cheaper and the MOMO Tframe seat i got a pair for 250.00. Good deal and a must get for hardcore racing fans... just not the same after you play with the wheel vs. the DS2.

god i love this game...i bet no one keeps the Autobianchi car won in Sunday Cup..it's a '79 with under 100hp and sells for $8,900 👍 when I start out in GT i always get frustrated cuz I have no money, and I didn't do the transfer cheat..my Civic is pimpin with 212hp lol.
 
Ok so 2 player garage IS confirmed, for sure? this is no BS?, and when they load they have the full mods they had in career, or just the car itself like GT3 .

AND I need to know!! garage load for LAN or not, I better be able to load my suped up cars over Xlink.

Oh and a final thing, is that drag racing against opponents????? like a freind or even ecu?

Got it this afternoon from EB. Best Buy and Toys R Us said they were likely to get them in tomorrow.

Had to wait around in the store for a while, the manager was picking up the shipment from the airport. When I left they still had about 20 that weren't accounted for by pre-order.

I've barely played, looking around at the cars a lot. The Chaparrals look great. Now I just need a DFP.
 
Just a couple more excrutiating hours....:drool: I'm sorry....I just had the sudden urge to rip my computer apart. :LOL::dopey::banghead::(:nervous::scared::crazy:

I had the GT3 deal, but didn't use it.

I started from scratch, and have 6 cars already. I got golds on both of the A and B licenses. I've got Gold for the 1st 2 races on the next license test. 👍
Still trying for the 3rd.

a little more overwhelming to look at and find your way around, but it's very familiar..so for newbies it's harder to get into, for gt3 vets its the exact same? lol.
 
haha! get this, the first thing the scrolling text reads in the wings menu is "a rear wing is strongly recomended to acheive good looks" PD! you friggin ricers! j/k
 
I don't know if this has been posted before, I'm to lazy to check because I NEED TO GET BACK TO GT4 but here's SWEET NEWS!!

2) All the PAL cars, Autounion, HPA, 300C, all there!!!

WE GET PAL UPDATES!!

ITS A CELEBRATION!

BTW you cannot drag with 2 people unfortunately.
 
I just gotta say I'm VERY impressed with EB my hands down to them... I think I was making the guy go nuts... I was a wreck an hour before 4:00 because I actually went to class... I'm glad I didn't skip out on school... well except for the one going on now.. then again... that class is a joke anywho. Now for all the consequences that have been coming pretty stealily so far. :dopey:👍
