After seeing Cudamans Dorifto videos, it made me wanna give drifting a try but I keep spinning out when I slide around corners. I need some tips please.

Um, what kind of cars do you like to use most often? I like high hp rwd cars like the Supra, 300zxtt, etc. I just fully mod them(includes super soft racing tires), lower them all the way, turn ASM to 0, TCS to 3(kind of depends on how much HP the car has), and let 'er rip.

Practice. I like to hit the brakes hard before a turn to get the ass end of the car to swing towards the outside of the turn, and when I think it's far enough I give it full throttle, or just enough to keep it from spinning out, oh yeah, and counter steer too. Sometimes you have to feather the throttle. The in-car view seems to be easier for me too.

Try to stay away from the e-brake unless it's a fwd car.

Well I dont know what kind of cars. I just started to try with the RX-7 Infini III. I've thought about other cars but I'm not sure.

Any car can drift really .....

To Drift: Make a very sharp turn in and brake very hard and late on a fast corner with the car nose pointing in at apex then just as the car :car: begins to go out of control floor the power on...

I use hand brake on Hairpins and slower corners.....
Use the settings Josh mentioned, add simulation tyres give shorter Gear ratios, and burn rubber....:burnout:

Have Fun....

Soft tires in front, hard as you can get out back. Stiffen the rear suspension up to keep the weight on the front wheels, too.

One thing I noticed from Cudaman's video is that he seems to turn opposite the corner just before he pitches it into the corner. This seems to unsettle the suspension enough that the car rotates rapidly.

i find drifting rather easy. I have many cool drift replays but no way to share them.

I just keep everything the same but set asm: 0 and TCS: 1 or 0 depending on hp

I have some really good ones with the Calsonic Nismo.

and the rx-7, the 3rd gen.

i think you need a good FR car with decent accelaration and short gearing, something like the savanna rx-7 and the Trueno are good.

personally i use the R32 Skyline or TVR Tuscan.
