I just made this design on a white PlayStation 4 with the idea of a limited edition of the console.what do you think about the design ?should i send this to sony or Pholipony Digital ?

They'd probably keep the whole art aligned inside the upper plate, or separate the racer from the stylized logo and place him at the bottom (or vice versa).

If it was a hybrid of Moon Over The Castle and the Bugatti in synchronizing harmony, then yes. But plain Bugatti is a no-no situation.
