If you could add one car to GT5, what would it be?

Pointless stuff is this kind of thread, because there are a hundred existing one with same content and it is annoying to see someone starting a new thread as to post in an existing one.

It is really sad, that admins do not use their close- or delete-function to let the forum appear more sorted and clearly.

In general I agree, there should only be one thread for each topic. BUT, the forum is a jungle, you'd have to be dr Livingstone I presume to find the other threads you are talking about. What this forum needs is a librarian to create some structure...

Well then, be the first to do something about and create a thread indexing all of the (more or less) important topics around and have it stickied by a mod.

I don´t know, what your problem is? Why should I create a new thread? I didn´t mention, that all this stuff here is pointless but there are too many pointless threads (often three times existing) among useful ones and it is one hell of an action to use the search function and filter your needful posts, when every second one is about "wanted cars", "better damage", "wanted tracks" or whatever.

In other forums, people are advised to use existing threads to post their stuff and double-threads get closed or get moved.

Because you're obviously eager to take some kind of action. You wouldn't be posting in here instead of just reporting the thread if you weren't, right? So, if you have that much energy, why not use it for something, you know, useful?

By posting useless posts (that have been posted a bazillion times before, too), you're doing exactly what you are accusing people of. The pot calling the kettle black, you know.

On other boards, duplicates don't really pick up much momentum, either way. And, dunno, if it wasn't for threads like this, this forum (the general GT5 discussion forum) would probably be pretty empty, anyways.

It´s your opinion, but not mine and I am sure, you never had a problem with useless posts posted a brazilian time in a row.

I never managed to report stuff, because I am not an admin and it is kind of task of an admin to decide, what is useful and what not. And if I would do so, I could bet, I get told the same stuff you told me.

Sorry, but this is really exegerated. Just the "General discussion"-part has 162 sites full of threads. Even if you would cut out 3/4, it wouldn´t be empty.

Uhm... You can report a thread or post by clicking on that yellow traingle with the exclamation mark on the bottom left to bring that post/thread to the attention of the mods. They'll decide whether the report is warrented and act accordingly, or don't.

And, no, I've never had a problem with useless posts. I just, you know, don't click on them or don't read them, most of the time. I only do so if one of those either annoys me or interests me. Otherwise, I won't bother with them.

Meh, of course it was exaggerated. There'd be at least one thread of each topic around.

A lot of people having trouble with the concept of 'one car'.

I'd go for a Merc S Class. Maybe the older S55.

I know, how it works. But this kind of feature is more usefull to report violent or racist stuff in my opinion. But what sense does it make to report it, when the rest of the people do not check, what is going on and post there stuff in addition without thinking about, if they are doing right or not.

And so I'll give my opinion obvious rather than behind your back without someone aware of it.

This.

How the V-Series isn't in the game is beyond me.

Because it's more important to have a load of kei-cars with their 63hp of pure fun! We're lucky to try these cars in this game. Having '44 abd '42 old vw, is beyond me.

I want this car so badly.

EDIT : If you don't know what this car is (shame on you) it is the BMW E30 M3 or the BEST BMW OF ALL TIME.

THIS Ladies and Gentlemen, I ADORE this car, I don't know why but this is my favourite car of all time and it will never change.

I love the kei cars, but some cars, like the Cadillacs, are a must in the game.
