"More than 30 safety and security features"

They forgot to mention that it's as big as a house.
You know who drives fortwos?
Card-Carrying Commies.

To its credit, as an aside from being totally sweet, the Ram notably subverts the "Ridiculous and ugly machismo styling equals better truck" design trend that it started. Which is roughly like BMW making a car without a hoffmeister kink as an "up yours" to Lexus.

Audi RS 5, when it becomes available.

He said he was a truck person (full size trucks are big), not an econ-o-box fan.

Two people either didn't understand my quip, or got there after the pic had been replaced by a hotlinking image ;)

The picture was illustrating umpteen safety and security features, and my comment was a sly observation that they missed off the sheer size of the thing as a safety feature.

Oh well :indiff:

I think it would be the IS250 as posted by Azureman (although he listed the 350 that we don't get down here).

What I'd actually be getting in real life would be either an AE92 Corolla or another SV21 Camry.

Sorry homeforsummer , misunderstanding on this end.
I thought you were ripping on a full size truck.

Easy-peasy...

2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS

The only option box I'd have to check would be the stick, maybe the RS package, otherwise I'd be happy with the SS1 trim level. $31K, and out the door I go. Otherwise, the Pontiac G8 GXP would be calling my name, but I don't need something that big.
.

this, but I'd go for the V6 and RS package, with manual kthxbai.

I was considering exactly the same thing, but given that this isn't based on my current financial situation I "thought big" and picked the SS.

Otherwise, I'd have the V6 RS in the same spec. Works out much better.

Side thought:

A Saab 9-3 Turbo X wouldn't be a bad idea either.

No worries :) And quite the contrary, I quite like the trucks you get in the US, even if they're not the sort of thing I'd drive myself (if I did though, I prefer the look and size of the Durango/Ranger/etc as opposed to the Ram/F-150/etc).

This is probably my next daily driver (couldn't find a good picture of a black one :():

I'm looking at early '10 for the purchase. It might help to pay off my current car first ;).

Daily driver assuming $ isn't a pro- some classic 80-90s dealership-restored Toyota/Nissan/Mazda and a full tech manual. Only in dreams huh?

Gil
Though there is a sweet little Honda Civic Si at the Credit Union on the "for sale" line that is even in a color that I happen to be fond of.

DO IT!!!! :dopey:

Which color? Year, price, navi, sedan?

I guess I could consider a 2009 version of this:

But I'd have to go with the coupe next time around. I don't like the facelift on the sedans as much. Oh, and the new wheels would definitely have to go....

For a completely different car (and assuming I was out of college with a good paying job), I'd have to go with a Camaro SS as Brad or...

Probably the Z if I could get away with a RWD two seater as a daily.

Edit: Other considerations pending test drive:

Definitely a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. White plz, kthxbai.

Oh, wait. I'm that guy who's into heavy autobahn cruisers, right?

..damn.

This is a really tough question for me. I'd love an all out sports car, but I'd also love a nice luxury, sporty sedan.

Either a 370Z

Or an Infiniti M45 Sport

Ford_Focus_RS_London_1.jpg

A wrong wheel drive identity crisis on wheels.

Is it a muscle-car? Is it a hot-hatch? Is it a rally-car? Is it a bread van? Nobody knows!

It's too stupidly powerful. It's too wild... and yet it has the same refinement as a regular Focus.

That's if I had the money. And I want it in blue.

Without the money, I'd go for the diesel version. Great handling, dual-clutch gearbox, over 130 mph and 46 mpg. ;)

OH LAWD. I love the silver graphite. Thank God I can't afford one or else I'd be swimming in overheating issues right now. Maybe it'll be all wrinkled out by '10 and I can get one like you.
