well, I can get mine in december, cause I got my permit late(they are literally forcing you to get the permit before turning 15 and a half...and I got mine 2 months after my half B-day, and you have to have a permit for at least 6 months(182 days)before a license)so I get my license late...still though, if there's people around here I would visit them, but I'm not gonna just take a long trip right after I get my license...
