Speedster, I gave it a shot, but I am not much a fan of the Lambo's. I wasnt really satisfied with anything that I was shooting.

Just checked out your thread. I must say for SD TV, it boasts a lot of quality. Which model is it? I miss my Philips semi-HD CRT tube.

Well to be honest, the TV has nothing to do with the quality of the photos. Unless I'm just misunderstanding you. Either way, that was fixed fairly fast as I ended up getting an HDTV a month after I first made the thread, so I dont really rememeber the T.V :/

Aw I see. Yeah it was very hard, and my colors and contrast where always off. You can see a major difference from my first few pages, up untill I got my HDTV.Ahhh, you don't say!
The first page of your thread said you didn't have an HDTV. I was surprised how good the first batch of your photos came out, that's all.
What I noticed that when I was SD though, was that everything was to dark. Once I got an HDTV I ended up making everything to exposed. After some time I got my TV settings dialed in so that way they would come out exactly as I expected.

^^ There's a good reason for that: CRTs probably have the best blacks and greys you'll ever come across on a TV screen. Same with my Philips CRT. Games like GOW were dark and glorious! And there was never really any black crush as such. Games just look really good.. kinda like comic books.
Even the most expensive screens today haven't been able to hit the blacks and greys like those beautiful CRTs!

No, it wasnt that. I ment it from strictly taking pictures, not from how my screen looked. The pictures I was taking and saving to upload here where to dark and had to much contrast. That means my TV was to bright and had less contrast. Thats why they would end up dark and saturated. CRT's where never good IMO. The blacks were not nice, they were just black. Overtaking anything worthwhile to see. When I bought a TV, It was a 100% upgrade in every area.
