Love me a group photo:

This year will be the year I can legally buy one of these, now if only I could actually afford one.

I think about getting something like this, or an R33 GTS-T... and then I'm reminded that cars need to be maintained. How annoying is it going to be to source parts like an eventual windshield, or even more basic engine and suspension pieces that wear out, for a car that was never sold in this country? A 25+ year old car is going to have all sorts of things that need freshening up. Is it worth the novelty?

Hopefully if you go through a more serious dealer like Japanese Classics, they've also got connections to make that aspect easier.

A little on the racey side for my liking, but I love Davrians.

I'd love a Davrian--or something very much like a Davrian--with the popup bugeye lights. Maybe fixed rear bodywork with a bubble hatch and more shapely front fenders. I don't have anything against Imp mechanicals, but I'd slot a BMW K1100 motor in the rear with a side-draft Weber DCOE, hooked to a VW-based 5-speed.
