Beautifully patinated, but that grille is awful.
I don't mind it. There were period alternatives that were chromed and much more garish. Others may have been body color matched but weren't executed as well as I think that one is, such as with a bottom edge that runs straight across. And regardless of their form, there are parts of the world where something like that proved beneficial by keeping engine temperature up.

Any way to tell if this is a real Mines GTR?
What do you mean? How many Mines mods do the car have to have attached to be a "real one" in your opinion? They don't build full cars like Nismo at Mines, they aren't a car manufacturer. They tune cars to the likeings of the customer. You can also just buy parts there or order them online or from a reseller. Just like any other tuning shop. So it just depends on the customer. The sticker kit itself would be possible alone too I guess. Pictures are not the best for identification but the tower bar isn't the one from mines and the exhaust didn't look so either from this far picture. But ECU, headers, clutch etc. etc. etc. can be Mines ones, just not possible to identify from the pics.

I didn’t know if it was just a wrap or a real Mines tuned GTR. I don’t know if they have a way of saying if it’s really tuned by Mines like the Nismo cars etc.

I mean it is the same at Nismo. First they are a normal tuning shop. People will have some Nismo parts like a intercooler or the Z-Tune front fenders, sideskirts, braked pads, etc.. Most are just bought there and not even assemblend in the workshop. There are very few full cars build by Nismo like the Nismo R34 Z-Tune (18 cars), R33 400R (99 cars), Silvia 270R (50 cars), etc. (The Nismo R35s are not build at Nismo).
Most cars with Nismo parts are just "normal" Nissans. For Mines, J's Racing and close to every other tuner is is the same, most cars will have some parts, they don't sell complete cars. Complete cars from Mines and the others are even rarer than the Nismo ones. So the point to say "this car is a xyz car" doesn't really work since there is no real definition how many or which parts have to be on the car to be a Mines, Nismo, Spoon, etc. car. So in this case just say it is a Mines liveried Skyline with some tuning. Because wheels, strutbar and exhaust are not stock. But whats under the hood and if there are Mines parts, no one knows from (the shown) pictures. But in reality a stock RB26 in a Skyline will be rarer than a car with real Mines parts I would assume 🙃

Black engine bay, likely a white wrap with Mine's logo

It also doesn't have the bespoke Mine's valvecovers and spark plug cover. It might have a few Mine's parts, but it doesn't look like a genuine full catalog demo car.

The BBL R32 isn't exactly the greatest demonstration of a demo car mind you, this and the EG6 have a lot of bespoke parts which aren't on any other demo car

One of the more underappreciated designs of the 1980s, I think, is the Peugeot 505. They have more of a stately/touring appearance than contemporary German saloons which seemed to have more concise extremeties, but just imagine how much stuff you can put in the trunk of a 505! It's practically a crown vic. They look particularly fetching in touring car guise, IMO:

I'm not normally a fan of vinyl roofs, but I love the lines on that blue coupe in the first three pics.

It has a lot of Mine's bits on it, but it is not a full car built by them nor does it have one of their engines. From my knowledge Mine's made ~10 nur spec R32s and at least one LM evolution. That car is neither.
I saw a video on this car it was wrapped. Not a real Mines GTR.
