Yes, please! Oh, and that Elise is mind-bogglingly incredible. Also, the girl in the VW pic has rather agreeable buttocks.

And not much agreeable anything else. :yuck:

I disagree

And here's a little Pug Action.

Pfft, a 207. What a waste of good metal. This is a proper small Peugeot...

Incidentally, anyone else hear the news that Peugeot are abandoning GTIs for the forseeable future? Probably just as well, given how bad some of the recent ones have been.

He lets other people drive it all of the time, it may not be Frank at the wheel.
I watched a lot of this videos.

That Exige is totally, totally stunning... any idea what sort of power it's chucking out?
Something like 500hp apparently.

Stotty
And what's wrong with the guys driving exactly?

You judged his driving skills from one Youtube video?
You are my Idol.
Like I said, I watched a lot of his videos. You do realize a video is pretty much as close of an example I'm going to get without actually being there?

I gave him the benefit of the doubt for the speed at which he was driving, it's a public road, he was probably taking it easy.

He can't upshift well, doesn't rev match on downshifts, and he shuffles the steering wheel on nearly every single turn, which is completely unnecessary especially on a car with the steering ratio of an Exige. Step one to driving effectively is being smooth. If he can't do that at 75% I can only imagine what happens when a car that lightweight is struggling for grip with 265 width tires on the rear. Assuming he ever actually reaches that point.

You need to learn to walk before you can run.

EDIT: Another pic of the "Odevia" posted a bit up the page:

I strangely like it as well.

Those posting Peugeots - be very careful.

The 4 billion kg ones with a V6, painted turquoise and have more screens than a security room with flamethrower cannons that are only built for flexin' (man (its obligatory)) are epic FTL.

The feather weight ones with fizzy engines that are built for performace are FTW.

I know theres a big following of both sorts....so just so we're clear.

:sly:

I think I've seen that picture a millions times before in this thread.
Next time I'll make sure to check all 3667180 other posts before I put something up that's not a Honda. In fact, my challenge to you, dear Prosty, is find a car that isn't a repost and place here. :sly:

Cheers,
Jetboy

It's even simpler than that. Peugeots pre- roughly 1998 = FTW. Peugeots post- roughly 1998 = FTL. Also, be careful of badmouthing Peugeot V6s, or Daan will be in here and have your guts for garters

Yeah I've been up that road before.

Should've said hatches - for the V6 thing.

Oh.....and HFS, if I present to you a 207 that has been stripped and tweaked up and over R26R style, would it not be FTW?

There is a tremendous NS-X getting round Hong Kong at the moment. It looks like a spaceship. I haven't seen it on the roads yet but when and if I do I'll try and get a snap. Wonder if there are any pics on interweb?

Yes, there are:

Rue, that NSX is badass.

Instantly reminded me of the NSX-R LM from GT4, only five times more evil.

SVX... why so much camber on the fronts? That can't handle well... :scared:

If you read that stats you'll find that his wheels have a negative offset which means, basically, they don't fit. Thus, stretched tires and crazy camber to get them tucked under the fenders.

I don't think he was looking for an explanation. You don't need to read the stats to realise it has a low offset.

I realized that, but I don't think I've ever seen wheels with an inch and a half negative offset. I hope the spokes are solid because they look like they could collapse at any second. They're sideways, for jebus sake.
