^ It's killing me that I cannot think of the people that did that, I've seen it so often. Please refresh my memory.

EDIT: Nevermind I've found them again (Liberty Walk). The F50 they did is hideous though.

The car looks pretty nice in that picture, even though it doesn't show a whole lot. What other modifications have they done to it? That's the only picture of their F40.

EDIT: I should have Googled. How stupid of me. :dunce:

The rims they fitted on the front tires on this picture look hideous, IMO.

Oh no it isn't the only pic.

As you can see, the rear of the F50 is hideous. As far as modifications go on the F40 I've read they replaced the exaust system, spoiler, diffuser, brakes and wheels.

I don't see whats so bad about the F50. It looks stock save for the rear diffuser. I think the white paint makes it look a bit odd maybe like they've done more than they really have.

^Would like to see a Taurus Wagon done the same way as that Passat. and I don't like slammed cars.

Bleh. 9000rpm redline > 6600rpm redline. 40lb-ft of torque isn't worth messing with the weight distribution and handling...

I can't personally comment on the weight distribution and weight but since the V6 is likely physically shorter, even if it isn't lighter, than the 2.0l and the fact that it is right up against the firewall probably means that it isn't completely ruined, weight distribution-wise. Worse, yes, probably but hardly beyond saving.

Also, a quick search would point towards an increase in torque of 110lb-ft, not 40lb-ft. The engine is a J37 from an Acura TL SH-AWD.

The redline though, I have no counter point for :p

Love the wagon's... Always soft spot for them! And I'm getting ready to do a showagon! slammed, with all of the sho goodies!

Let me guess, some guy did this in his backyard...

Hey HASport, so when are you going to rip this design off?

HASport bashing aside, that's pretty much the swap we've all wanted in S2Ks for a long time. It finally has the power and torque it deserves, and a meaty powerband to boot.
Unless he chopped up a brand new TL SH-AWD, I highly doubt it.

I don't. The very first J-swapped Civic was done by some dude. With a Civic. Who knows how much money a guy has laying around who is willing to strip out a CR and put an engine in it that's not supposed to be in it.

In this case, it's still not likely. This swap was done by HPD.

Ever since I got a flickr account all I have been doing is constantly finding pictures.
And since the wagons went over so well, here are some more.

I've seen pics of that MINI before, it's pretty awesome. Simple and not over done. I love the blue painters tape too.

So, you know, that yellow S2000 I posted recently... This one:

Welp, it's blue now.

And I think it looks even better. Obviously it was just back from the bodyshop in those pictures, so I'm expecting better ones soon.

Pretty sure that's what it is. And now for something totally different:

The video alone will be worth this post.

Hmm... what's with that?
IMG_7073resized.jpg

Yes, carbon fiber intake trumpets with no airfilters whatsoever...
IMG_7071resized.jpg

And an MCoupe that won't be to anyone's liking...

But it packs something similar under the hood, except these are made out of billet...

And the infamous dumped, widened stock wheeled Z3M Roaster.

Utterly useless on the streets, or even at the track... But man.
