the 130r isn't really a threat because there's SO much run off. Turn 1 at suzuka however is pretty bad because when you botch it, you're screwed. Turn 1 at daytona isn't bad either, because the wall is just right there and traffic is slow through there, so you really don't lose too much.

The turn that always worries me at daytona is that very fast left (turn 3 or 4?), because if you go off on that one, there's a whole lot of grass to slide on.

Well me being i guess for lack of a better term a "pure racer" hitting the wall isnt a good thing. sure there isnt damage but I know I just crashed. As for 130R yeah youre right i supose there is quite a bit of run off however it still provi=des some cool moments, ever just put one tire in that little patch of grass there on the exit. That can be pretty disaterus.

I can't count the number of times I've been going thru there and seen someone in the grass somewhere ahead of me - the entrace back onto the oval just past the chicane is also tricky and lends itself to spinouts galore.

That is true... but the thing is with that chicane.... People enter it WAY to slow... I can cruise through it like it wasnt even there in 3rd and even hit 4th for a sec after the entry on that small straight before entering the oval again. If you do it right you can cruise the whole chicane in 3rd maybe even 4th if you got the guts , while others enter it in 2nd... LOL Atleast it seems like the enter it in 2nd... theyre just going to slow... which causes me to crash sometimes because I end up hitting the guy in front of me cause he slows down so much... but I like it anyway... Daytona Road is a very cool track!
