all i have to say is i almost lost my dinner, lol.
I have the same problem with ingrown toenails. what i don't like is what they do before they take it out.
The first time i got it done the guy said " okay, im going to give you a shot" so even though i HATE needles it was only one shot so whatever. so he puts the needle in then takes it out

, then right away puts the needle in a different spot and takes it out

, then again almost 2 or 3 more times

. I was so frikin pissed off and it hurt so mother----in bad

. I said "Hey! i thought it was only one shot!" all he said was sorry, i forgot to tell you
The second time, it was a different person and i personally asked him if i was going to get a million shots in my toe like the last guy and he, to my happiness, said "only one". this time was even worse though. he takes out this long needle puts it in my toe and goes so far down the skin on the bottom of my toe was showing where the needle was

.
.... so now i just do it myself. I just suck it up, grab some tiny scissors and cut it myself ( hurts soooooo bad too ). I don't get the root though. After my second visit I was supposed to go back where they would put something where the root was to stop it from growing but my parents moved me so now im stuck in a place i don't like with painful ingrown toenails.
