same 'ol ... not many ppl play but im still gonna get back into it.. wont be too fussed, play once a week coz my timetable wont really allow me to play more
 
Eh, not as many people posting as much as before. Anyways im gonna play this weekend and maybe see if some of the people that i play with alot at the arcade wanna start a team. Maybe we can ''represent'' in the national tournament coming up soon. My fd has completed basic tune and i have beaten myogi-irohazaka. Battle level 4 or 5 i cant remember.
 
what are u dudes current v3 times? My times for my GDB last that i remember were -
usui ccwise - 2'52'xxx
akagi dh dry - 2'27'xxx during battles
akina uh dry - 2'35'xxx during battles
akina dh dry - 3'06'xxx
iro dh - 3'10'xxx
tsuch oB - 2'47'xxx

all quite slow times tho good enuf to win 75% of battles LOL

wonder if i can do the same times again wif my s13..

Eh, I would join but im looking for a team in my area, and your like cali when im in minnesota. I cant remember any of my times excpet akagi/dh/dry. In battles i usually am in the 2:26-2:30 range and TA i think like 2:29 is my fastest.
 
I tried the RX-8 on Teuch-OB-D, the car plows on every corner, maybe its my A/T selection. But based on my first impression about the car I wasn't impressed with it, in fact the Cappo feels a lot better than the RX-8.
 
the rx8 is tricky to use, with a very good driver they can pull off low 40s on tsuch.. i myself am crap and best for tsuch was '47 wif gdb.. most newcomers that play tsuch usually pull off 55+, i currently am pulling that off wif my new s13
 
^ Hmm, I'll try to set a time on Tscuh-OB-D, with different cars (Evo V, DC2, GC8V, and EA11R).

I'll see the results soon. :)
 
Me and my friend went to the arcade the other day, he started an Evo VI. We got it up to about 120K within a few hours, and he asked me to do some time attacks for him on several different courses. So I was like..k...And at this point, I had over 16 records. Anyway..I started doing some TAs, starting off on Myogi. I beat some times, and then I tried a second time. Got first on the machine. It even beat my Silvia's time on Myogi. One more test, I decided. I tried a TA on Usui. I beat my old record with his Evo. I was pissed, and kept thinking about it. His 120K Evo VI beat my 5500K+ Silvia on my best track. But then again I did the TA that got the record back in the day when I sucked at Usui and my Silvia was at oh around 130K? But that's besides the point. That Evo is a beast, I'll admit that. I was just very surprised that the Silvia was beaten so easily. I've decided that I'm going to start an Evo like his, and see how that goes. But I'll probably wind up moving back to my Silvia. I've put way too much time into my Silvia to start a new car.
 
Hmph. Never raced one, but I'll be sure to look into that one. But as of right now, I'm focusing on making my Evo, and getting my Silvia up to 1 Million points by Halloween.

Last Friday, me and my friend skipped school and went to the arcade at 11 AM with 80 dollars in our pockets. I came home at 7:30 with 15 dollars. :)

I have no Job right now, so I don't have much to do but school and games. And friends...So Initial D is somewhat my exciting thing to do. And now I'm getting money every Thursday, and a ride, to go to my arcade to play for a few hours. Gotta love parentals.

13 minute classes is nothing! Back in my old highschool we'd have 4 periods... cant remember how long each went for but about 1hr + ! Ive known a dude that spent $100 on TA in one day!

this game is bad for pc, everyone says. Get it on ps2..
 
I don't mean it was too long, it was just too short. We were in the halls longer than we were in class! It was pointless to go. Not like we were having FINALS during that day.
 
That game is a money pit, I told myself not to spend the 120 dollars I had saved up over summer, but it's like an addiction, you just GOTTA go back and play.

Hopefully I won't do that anymore......but then again it wouldn't matter my grades are gonna plummet cuz of GT4. Looks like Freshamn High School year is gonna be tough....
